Mail disappeares

Yesterday I did offer through tarmalune commercial to buy 2 mark of hig power. While I was in lostamut dungeon I got mail that some other maked an offer higher than mine. Didn't care, I was busy with lostmauth. After do this dungeon 2-3 times, I back to protector enclave at mail point access, to notice that the two mails to take back my money just disappears. I'm try since yesterday to open a ticket through arc support but look like it don't work. And meanwhile I'm write this post, other two mails of days ago (exactly 10/05/2015) disappeared. I usually keep mail when I sell item to remember the prices. So, how solve it? I don't want see 90k Astral diamond just go away.
