Hi guys!

some control bonuses are not working for HR

what about Control Bonus stat from artifacts?

    Control bonus from everywhere does not work for roots.

    Bonus from boon and artifacts seems to work for daze imho.

    Wisdom bonus seems not to work at all imho.

    wish there was a duel system to test that out with....???? had no idea it might not work.. ughhhh and i spent a lot getting that control bonus on my artifact weapon :)

    it works on artifacts. just effects only dazes. it is good trust me.

    It should work with Wis also and roots. Then it would make HR really good. Might have to tone down crushing roots actually after.

    if that is true that is pretty huge... but no real way to test it without dueling and stripping off all his control resistance/etc your talking fractions of a seconds vs players vs players % increase..

    Trapper capstone control bonus overrides all control bonus you have. Control bonus does work, but only before capstone application.

    i wish a hunter ranger would record how the root daze works with pvp gear on. cause it doesnt do much tbh.

    if it told us when daze/root wore off it would be easy to test on the training dummies..


    btw that post about the capstone overriding.. that makes.... very little sense.. would pretty much mean control bonus is worthless to our class then yet we can get artifact weapons with it :)

    it is worthless to our class. except with dazes.

    control bonus is length of time controlled not chance to land ROOTs land almost all the time (eToS phase spiders and arachnomancers) compared to the CW freeze ours lasts ~ 5 seconds thiers ~.25 seconds so in T2s we are more effective control then the CW let them dps and aoe everything trapper gets its 'control bonus' from feats not gear
