Stash inventory glitch

i have had several items disappear out of my inventory and bank slots I believe six in total, the hardest part to swallow was one was a radiant Vorpal, so as of right now I have a bag in my inventory with items I cannot use or move, I cannot collapse the bag or do anything else.... No items!! Considering my Vorpal alone was worth around 5m astral I am demanding that something gets done ASAP!! That's in around $300.00 USD broken code or not this is unacceptable and I have been submitting ticket after ticket... I want my items I already have spent hundreds on this game, why should I be out my own real money for things just to disappear!!!!

    If this isn't fixed immediately I will never purchase anything else from this game and submit it to the proper authorities because this is just a scam!! Yes I'm hostile this has been ongoing for two weeks since my original ticket!! They referred me here... Take care of the customers paying to be here!

    Oh and how can I explain how this happened when one minute the items are there then next time I log in they have vanished!!

    no such thing as a radiant vorpal.

    your link is untrusted. figure out how to post it properly or no one will ever look at it. use the youtube.com address, not the youtu.be one.

    The 'https' and 'www' parts are incorrect, but youtu.be is YouTube's URL shortener. It directly maps to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ETR_raQNW9k

    Well my apologies I didn't have it very long till it proofed!

    It could have been perfect, not sure...

    Two 38% greater combined a perfect Vorpal? Anyways I was farming it up and now it's gone.
