Ignore not working properly

I am a roleplayer, and in the course of Roleplaying in the Mask I sometimes accumulate a lot of ignores, people trolling or lolling around and being disruptive. Ignoring people seems to be working fine in the way that I can ignore them and not have to hear them anymore. HOWEVER. Once people are ignored, I can't UN-ignore them. Now, normally this isn't a problem, however, as a roleplayer who knows how easy it can be to end up on other RPer's ignorelists on accident, this is something of a nuisance.
I can unignore people using the /removeignore command, but right clicking on someone I've ignored only gives me the option to ignore them again, not to remove them from ignore, like it used to, and what's more, they don't show up on my ignorelist either. This means I can't open my ignorelist and remove them from there as well.
