Gateway Having Pre-Patch Issues

Just wanted to quickly go through my TotSC daily prize roll on my toons, but Gateway seems to only be working intermittently, at least for me.

Sigh.
SEC! SEC! SEC! SEC! SEC! SEC! SEC! SEC! SEC! SEC! SEC! SEC! SEC! (repeat indefinitely)

    Hmm. Not it appears to be working again. Not sure what that was all about. Ten minutes of non-functionality.

    Still a bit laggy, though. :)
