cant run new instances

dont know what everyone is complaining about with lag, cant run new instances because people kick me before we run them.

cant run them, cant get seals.
cant get seals, cant run them.

poison community killing it for new people

    Sometimes you get kicked when a party needs specific class (e.g.: a healer), sometimes when they think your gear is too weak. But even if you manage to get in and stay you quite often cannot run an instance due to lags. I've tried VT several times, but it was so laggy that I just said thank you and left. No point to play if the game itself says "get off".
