Neverwinter Welcome Back Pack - No Item rewarded

I recieved a Neverwinter Welcome Back Pack redeem code a long time back ago and decide to save the pack for a new class once created. I opened my pack on my newly created Paladin and was disappointed to find that I did not recieve an Epic item for my character as listed. Can someone please get this fixed and so I can have the item I had saved this pack for to begin with? Did anyone else try to redeem one of these packs and run into this issue as well? I submitted a ticket, but the ticket does not show up in my list of tickets. Is the ticketing system broken now as well? The item isn't going to be helpful at all in a few days. I really hope to get a fix for this soon. Help!

Just a thought, but if they haven't given these packs out recently, there wouldn't have been a weapon coded for it that would be valid for a paladin. (Unless they specifically thought of it and covered that possibility, but considering they messed up initially making pally weapons drop from from the Hero and Guardian packs, that ain't flipping likely.)

I've been here since the start and totally understand that, but the whole point of the pack was to bring me back to playing and offer me a incentive. The weapon was the incentive and the paladin was supposed to be the payout for the pack to level. I still want it now, but if they cant get it issued to me before I finish leveling, I certainly hope they would either give me the weapon unbound, issue another pack, or something else. They got me back with the pack, and then I chose to save it wisely and it's like another slap in the head for trying to make good use of the incentive. I left when I had no resolution to another ticket. I get a pack reward that doesn't work.. an another unresolved ticket. 2 WEEKS EXTRA TO ENSURE THE CLASS ROLLED OUT CORRECTLY, 2 WEEKS. It's hard to except that ONCE AGAIN A CLASS ROLL OUT DIDN'T GO GREAT. We'll see. Akro tries hard to be a voice of the players, but the team keeps leaving him to bend over while he goes, "what now?".. a front man shouldn't have to deal with these issues. IT'S A LARGE TEAM, CRYPTIC LEAD DEVS AND PW LEADS NEED TO DEVELOP IN HOUSE TRAINING FOR CODE USED. ALL the employees should be educated in the platform and have a way to review and correct issues cohesively.
