There is a bug with the quest if you have a squire summoned where the two bodyguards will come out of the last room before you reach it, and you will not be able to open the chest. Once you unsummon the squire you are fine, so it has to be something with the powers or coding of the squire that causes it. It is an easy work around, but.....
