[Suggestion:] Introduce buyable early slot unlock for artifact gear

Hi all,
I would like the dev team to consider introducing an option to unlock the second - non-utility - enchantment slot early on epic, purple artifact gear.
This could take either the shape a switcharound (activate off/def socket while deactivating the utility) or that of unlocking that socket in addition to the utility one.
Required component would be Augmentation Cubes.
Why:
- Less QQ
- Reduced "need", or rather urge, to get everything up to legendary orange. This still will pay off, and it might be desirable to buff the boons there, or to lower the boons in the earlier progression stages...
- more flexibility in character stat balancing
- reducing the gap between "high ups" and "fully-BiSsed" characters.
