Winter Bounty is useless when HG/DA is active?

I found that this capstone boon is not giving effect when i cast HG. Is it working on you guys? If it is a bug I hope the devs can fix it. This AP penalty is huge... IT IS A BOON CAPSTONE!!!

    ...no (character based) AP gain while a daily is active. Was in the patch notes. Sigil of the Divine still works, fortunately.
