[Bug Report] Sigil of the Hunter

I was attempting to finish Reclamation Rock, doing the Land Shark mission and noticed that there were 0 hit counters coming up after activating Sigil of the Hunter tried several more encounters getting 0 damage from the Sigil. Fianlly looked at the tool tip for the Sigil while at the campfire and it says

"Your Hunter Ranger spirit allows you to call down a rain of arrows at target enemies location dealing 0 damage every .5 seconds for 6 seconds

In addition you also unleash a bramble of thorns around you, interupting enemies and dealing 0 damage to them."


This needs fixed since it makes the Sigil of the Hunter useless other than the bonuses it gives.

All of mine are doing the same thing, there was a thread earlier that mentioned this and i am not finding it now. I have Legendary DC, GWF, CW artifacts on a level 70 CW. All show 0 for their respective damage/heal, Valindra's Arti seems to be doing ok at Epic level on Preview.

These issues should be resolved as of yesterday's maintenance.
