Fatal Error playing a foundery quest

Foundry it self for building the quest worked just fine, published it, it stayed up for about 2 weeks and i was wondering why i had zero plays/reviews.

went to play it myself as my real character and it crashed to a fatal error.

Anyone have any ideas if i added or did something wrong?

Have done minor changes and resubmitted in case something posted wrong
Y relative to the room instead of zero

What map did you use? -- looks like that entire map may be a problem.

it was a empty custom one i blocked in rooms myself.

i feel special, didnt even see the link to the other thread for some reason. testing the fix posted in it (moving the spawn point), also changed the Y relative to the room instead of zero

update: still crashed while loading the first map
