Artifact Offhand - Artifact Class Feature

So.. each time you get a new artifact offhand you have to spend 450k+/- to unlock all the features it seems. I would suggest the devs make it so once it's unlocked, it stays with the character so you dont' need to spend another sum of AD unlocking the same thing. Especially since we're switching from lvl60 offhand to lvl70 ones. :)

    Ah I had forgotten about this and thinking on it I remember someone saying they spent a lot to get the max +400 bonus.

    Ah now you mentioned it.. yeah the stat increase too.. would be nice if we can transfer that with a fee.

    since you need the new offhand to be purple for the class feature change, good luck lvling it with peridot prices ranging between 120-180k.
