Neck/Belt artifact still not updated

Hi guy's A.A here.


I notice that ALL artifacts/weps/armor have increased status to match the new mod.

All except Neck/Belt.


I think ,if all have that status boost , neck and belt should have as well ?

    plus there might be new neck/belt gear and more sets. I hope they add alot more to the preview today so we can test

    RIP old necks. expect the new belts next patch :)
