Error code on game load

Just got my desktop running again and downloaded NW,but every time it gets past the Cryptic scene i see this error message.I am not quite sure if i am missing a driver or something,some feed back would be appreciated.

    Well, latest graphic drivers and DirectX is a must I'd say.

    did do both driver updates and direct x update,ill do them again to be sure though.

    Re downloaded the graphics card and DirectX updates....nothing
    Restarted the computer after doing a system update...nothing
    Went into the card manager and checked the setting...nothing
    Rechecked everything again....nothing




    Yelled at the computer and threatened to punt it across the street......works fine now :p
