Can not delete last 2 chars on preview or create a new char

I wanted to test new paladin on preview.
Had over 10 chars copied. It does not allow to create new ones. So I tried to delete old chars to get to 2.
While deleting I often saw "Character deletion failed" or something like that. But finally I minimized them to 2 chars.
But I still can not delete those since system does not allows it.
could you please fix this or add possibility to create new chars on preview ?

At this moment the only workaround is to login again and try to delete character. That was first time I had to use macro to do not getting confused when I failed 8th time to delete one character on preview.
