DC PVP Black Ice or profound Armor

trying to go rightous DPS in PVP to go on in the campaign i am not sure if the Black Ice set with less tenacity and less offensive stats will perform better than the profound set ? or what about a mix from BIS gauntlets+helmet (2x glyphs) and two pround pieces with 450+ regeneration?
whats your experience, and how do u get this high amount of arp? i only get 1200 all in all, even tough don´t have any lifesteal...

    I'm a Righteous DC and I wear 2 + 2 (Purified Helm and Armor and Corrupted Arms and Boots).

    I enjoy the 2/4 bonuses for both sets and augment my ArP, Lifesteal and other stats via Artifacts and Accessories to try to achieve the stats I want in pvp.

    I've approximately 6k power, and 2k - 2.5k Crit, ArP and Recovery while in PVP if I recall correctly, with 44k HP. Works pretty well for me.

    Good luck with the gearing, it's an iterative process and I'm still tweaking the stats from time to time. ;)

    In pvp Profound is better , u can cast 2 empovered skill in pvp and 3 /3 on pve, forget the Black ice or others
