I know divinity and normal version doesn't stack,
I can see normal and divine Divine glow separatelly on bosses.
I guess divine and empowered doesn't stack. (?)
How about normal and empowered version?
If the answer is yes then no point in Astral Shield to empower because 30%DR(normal) >> 3*3=9% DR(fully empowered).
Am I thinking right?
Or empowered is an extension of normal?

Well, You see separate DG on enemy (and also yourself) b/c N(ormal) and D(ivine) version have different effect.
N-DG: DR debuff on enemy/DR buff on you and allies + Heal + HoT
D-DG: Reduced Damage debuff on enemy/Increased Damage buff on you and allies + Heal
E-DG: radius of area and lasting effect duration increased of the N-DG effect
Usually E adds extra effect/increases the effect of N version.
And E-AS extra effect is not 3% DR/E-stack. It is an extra shield on top of the 30% DR of N-AS. So if you were hit during E-AS, the incoming damage will be reduced by 3/6/9% of your max HP.
how do you change or use the divinity and empowered version of the skill? the normal use is obvious but what do you press to use the other 2 versions of the skill?
my healing skill has normal, divinity and empowered...
normal, just heals allies in a line and uses 1 charge on the stack
divinity, heals in a line and also heals me while adding a heal over time effect and does not use a charge on the stack
empowered, uses all charges on the stack and heals for a larger amount and a longer heal over time
how do I choose which version to use? what do I press to make it divinity or empowered?
thanks

You hit Tab, cast three divine of whatever, this builds up empowerment, (you see 3 glow balls around your cleric, the next version of "normal" casting is empowered.
You need to read each tooltip to figure out whats best stacking at the moment. Empowered was a little cumbersome at first, but at this point its just second nature to keep track of whats what and when to cast it.
Overall this new DC is just amazing when you get right down to it.
