Has anyone tested the OH bonuses to Chilling Presence and Storm Spell?

I'm a Renegade with the RoF Arti Weapon.

Storm Spell is the dominant OH feature.

Thanks. That's what I've been using, but just wondered how well the CP did.

They all kinda "sucks" except for the arcane presence, but u lose to much damage if u slot that one, so I guess the storm spell one would be the better choice.

Why do they all suck? It's a free bonus that you don't have to give up anything to get...how can that suck?

Your choices are a) Offhand Power or b) nothing.

Well I think he is comparing one effect to another.

Also, refinement is pretty pricey nowadays.

I was running the 5% extra crit sev on EoTS, but since Chilling Advantage was fixed I'm running the Chilling Presence dmg boost.
I really have no idea which ability is really better.
The StormSpell offhand bonus in particular seems like a difficult one to test. It would likely require 30min - 1+ hour of parsing against target dummies using the exact same consistant rotation to get a general idea on it. Maybe after the 1st I might sit down & try to parse it, but for now who knows.
