For spending the right amount of zen during the promotion? I know a number of people who didn't.

    If you have not received the rewards that were supposed to be given out December 18 then please file a support ticket or send an e-mail to customerservice@perfectworld.com using your PWE Registered E-Mail and I will inform the CM's that some users have not received their rewards.

    As this is a matter for support I am closing this thread down however feel free to PM a moderator if you have any additional questions.
