Mod 5 PvP DPS Help

Looking for some wisdom. Want to go damage min/max in PvP, in particular for solo PUG domination matches. And against mostly 18k+ GS players. But here is the problem, I have had the same build since module 2, sentinel DO stacking deflect/defense. Play style was healing/CCing an entire match while using movement to expose bad high GS players. There is like a 100+ wins in my link in my comment pre mod 5. This no longer works with the new divine system.

Reminder this is all just about PvP.

Now I could learn to play, which is ironic because that is what I used to tell bad DC players in the past. Or I can come here to the forums asking for some wisdom. So instead of spending time and money testing out gear and builds, I make this post.

What is the best gear setup for DPS in PvP? In theory I would think power/crit/ArP? If so does it make sense to not use corrupted black ice for fabled ilyan? Or screw a complete set bonus and mix and match? With life steal rammed down DC throat and it being almost on all DC gear is it now worth using?

Is there a set bonus with waist/neck/rings/back that is better for PvP than pure stats? Tenacity bonus was never an issue when a tank DC, but imagine it could be useful if focused. Or just work on new artifact ones?

For enchants go radiant down the line or because ArP is so hard to find on DC gear that maybe some enchants would help.

Thanks to anyone who actually reads this and even more thanks to any that post responses.

Update: After using the leaderboard to track down some other DC ingame it seems that you can still get wins with a tank DC but you can no longer carry PUGs to wins like pre mod5. But a 20k GS damage spec DC can seriously PUG carry in mod 5 with as little as 1k ArP.

Hatred would imply caring and I doubt many do. Calling out other players while having "less than high end tendencies" yourself is not the best recipe for being taken seriously.
Best "DPS" gear set up will depend on your goal. Dread Legion and Fabled Iliy have arp while HP has 30 percent shred. None of these has tenacity and the set bonuses for heals are meh. Dread has life steal which is actually good on a damage DC. This is less important on a Faithful build but you seem to care most about DPS which implies a Righteous build. I am on Legit channel when I play, you can ask there if you truly would like to discuss more.

Don't care to be taken seriously, just asking a question and looking for some help. Because changing from tank to damage can be costly. Thanks for the response will hit you up ingame if we are on the same time this weekend.

And my hatred comment comes from having a ton of posts removed by moderator from the DC advocate thread by other players about me when I never even posted about advocate. And there are other threads on this section with great critiques of my gameplay. Players claiming the class was broken in PvP would rather call tank punching bag DC like myself bad instead of learning to play pre mod 5. Crying over and over that DC needed to be something else instead of playing what developers gave us and winning. Guess the criers really won because we are ridiculously OP now. Will edit my original post

I only do PUG PVP and my build is AC DPS

I use corrupted black Ice set
the overload enchants are very strong, the set bonus proc a lot and is very nice (with all the damage in PVP every thing ptoc)
BUT, I still end up with lot of recovery. I recently changed 2 artifacts to increase Crit instead of recovery
maybe the purified black ice is better for PVP (less recovery and more HP)

I think empower astral shield is a must. when you face 18K + character you have no chance without it.
normal sun burst is a must as well
and for divine encounter I use FF, fastest cast + nice party buf and slow the target. chins can work as well

the main weapon is DoT of fire of the gods + our ability to survive. so you need nice crit + good weapon

again I only PUG and as much as ppl complain in the other threads about DPS DC. when I solo against high GS good PVP class I am not OP
    (I got 17K GS)
if I got full divine on me + mange to proc DoT + empower astral shield and survive the first blitz, then I might win. else, a 18K class will kill me.
