Wizard's Folly problem

So, wife and I are running this quest tonight. We get to the part where you are supposed to examine the body...conversation window pops up for both of us...only I can click on it...except when I click on it nothing happens. It doesn't even register that I can click on it. Any ideas?

We have left the house and gone back in as well as left the quest entirely and gone back in, all to no avail.
My quest was deleted in July of 2013. There were no issues, it had not violated any rules. Was deemed a bug. That quest is still missing.

    That quest (if I remember correctly) must be run solo.

    I'm pretty sure I did it in a party with a friend multiple times over the past 18 months.

    Quests with dialogue to continue tend to act weird in groups, since only one person can talk, but you both need to. You can drop party, do the talky-talky, then re-team. Sometimes the game will threaten to kick you out of the instance while not partied up, so you may need to be quick about it.

    Bit of a pain in the butt to work around, but not strictly necessary to run it solo.
