Perfect Loamweave Enchantment?! (port hacks?)

I paid for the Feywild pack and wanted to be able to improve the Loamweave enchantment. This seems to indicate port AND source hacking of the live server. Is there a new location where this level of this stone could be created? this user and the group that plays together with him shows up at every pvp queue bug and now sells PERFECT LOAMWEAVE ENCHANTMENTS that every piece of information indicates does NOT exist. From a database perspective, (unless this is a new thing) there's a full server penetration to implement this. I would look internally at staff for if the case still stands, IF it does, then why did I pay 60 dollars for a pack with a stone that can never be improved to this level? :mad: ...
TO @mikezorr .. well.. I want the stone. SHOULD I BUY THE ITEM GUYS, HMMM?!

    If it's a suspected hack, this isn't the place to report it. This should be reported via the ingame GM menu or the support website.
