Vital ring of Piercing/Smiting not dropping?

These stopped dropping with the mod4 release. I dont know if it has been reported before or what.

But anyways, nobody has gotten av Viral Ring of Piercing/Smiting or whatever since mod3.

They reworked all the PvE gear in Mod 4, pretty much absolutely every single item. I don't see why they wouldn't have done the same with the PvP gear.
