Hellfire Armor

Can anyone confirm if this armor drops from normal karru? And in this case from karru himself or from the chest?
Also, can it be found in the bags traded with ember shards?

    Idk in the dungeon but,
    i can confirm it can be found in the bags traded ^^

    Assuming the Mod4 changes didn't affect it, it does drop from IIRC the Hand of Magera in heroic Karru. However I've gotten them a lot trading in for the treasure caches at the bounty master. I've gotten a number of them that way as they (at least used to, haven't checked recently) sold for a pretty decent amount.
