Whats going on with the LAG

And ask be about my ISP. Everyone i have talked to today is experiencing the same lag. Its really annoying. I cant see any reports about this. Are they aware?

    I'm from South America and I usually have like 180-350 ms ping, but since the last week there are certains hours I have like 600-1100 ms ping, I've never had this kind of lag before.

    i am playing from west Africa, lag free for me the only time i lagged was when iwd came out
