Siege of Neverwinter Rewards

I finally have all of the Defense Supplies to get the last Medal of Heroism I need and the NPC which takes them is gone. Did I just waste a whole bunch of my time or is there somewhere I can turn these in to get the last needed medal? I would like to get at least one shot at getting the companion.
