Rewards from last purchase event?

So the last event (the one for the armoured poler bear, powrie companion, dragon ascendant title, etc). we were supposed to get our rewards on the 19th.

It is the 25th, and still nothing.

I purchased everything involved with this event, and still nothing

Anyone else get anything yet?

    I got the Powrie Companion on the 19th .... he was in the promos section at the Claims Agent. Check there and see if your item(s) is/are there.

    Nope nothing there. No companion, no titles, no mount. *sigh*

    I guess I need to bug report it?

    What's the best way to go about it? this sort of thing doesn't seem to be covered under GM help or report bugs.

    Just send in a support ticket.

    I was in the same situation. I did opened a support ticket and those items were manually added.
