How many times in the past 15 months, has Cryptic re-balanced the CW skills?

    Heheh.. sorry. I don't know. They need to rewind to beta and start over again, because they have twisted it up beyond straightening at this point.

    If you count major nerfs, at least 3 or 4.
    They nerfed HV set and gave us a free respec
    Then they nerfed 80% of everything in mod4 and didn't give free repecs ($$$$$$$ cash grab obvious)
    Now they re-re-nerfed us again - surprise!! no respec ($$$$$$$$$$ again)
    really pathetic

    The major ones that I can recall:

    The High Vizier nerf (which really was needed, it was absurd how it stacked)
    The AP Gain nerf (no more singbotting)
    The Mod 4 nerf
    The Chill Stack nerf

    What? I had free feats & boons respec after M4 came so what the hell are u talking about?
