Feat reset missing from one character on account

Last week, we were supposed to get a feat reset on Control Wizards and other characters that had major changes to their feat abilities. I have 4 CW characters. Three of them got the feat reset, but one did not. I submitted a GM in-game request and was told to submit a support ticket, which I did. Then I waited. I can't do anything with this toon until I reset the feats. I "could" buy a respec token and just reset the whole character, but what I don't want to happen is I buy and use a respec token, then come in and have the feats rest again after I've spent the zen to respec. Meanwhile that character sits in PE and prays and does professions instead of helping guild mates run dungeons or finishing campaigns.

Since then, the support people asked me to start a forum discussion, so...


Anyone else have a character on their account that didn't get the reset when the others on the account did?
