New professions items - how exactly do they work...

so now we can create Items that add directly to an armors score, for example I can create 3 tier of Arp enhancments... How do these work?

It says to make it, click it and select the piece to enhance. So can I only add one or can I create several and make my gear of choice super excellent?

I was looking for resources or testing but have not found it. I know my seach fu is weak.

I have plenty of assumptions about how this works, but hoping for some further explanation.

Each of your 4 gear pieces can only equip one reinforcement kit (+400 total MAX). You can replace these kits with other kits, they do not add up. The kits are universal so the ones created from Tailor can be added to plate armor. These kits are permanent and can't be removed to be added to another gear, so choose wisely with the +100 kits.

that is pretty much how i thought it would work. With the insane price of dragon eggs, i will be sticking to the lower ones for now, however, since the silver scales allow you to purchase dragon eggs, i hope to see a change in the price once all the lockbox folks start putting them in the market.
