Disciple of dexterity feat question

"increase the amount of bonus damage Dexterity give you by 2/4/6%"
in what does this translate to?
if i have 25 dex,my bonus dmg is 15%,if i max the feat,will it go to 21%?
or is it a 0.9 buff to the already 15% bonus damage i have? (15 x 0.06= 0.9)

    It should be reworded. These types of feats that say they increase the damage of a stat by a % just boost your total damage by that %. It has been debated a lot in the past, but was finally proved by testing. It will give you 6% more damage total, not 6% of that stats damage.
