Paid the money (twice), but no Charge Rewards

Hi,

I've paid $30 for Zen for two accounts (LukeJones77 and epicgamer1337), but not received the Charge Rewards.

I was in-game, clicked on "Buy Zen", and got directed to https://billing.arcgames.com/en/ , where I eventually ended up paying by paypal/credit card.

Once the rewards were due, I was told by somebody in Zone chat that he had already received his rewards (by account email), and suggested that you had to "pay by arc", as suggested.

I don't know if this means pay by https://billing.arcgames.com/en/ , but certainly all that the promo news item says is that you don't qualify if you use a Steam wallet.

As far as I can see, I have followed the instructions perfectly, but it looks like I've wasted my money.
By "wasted", I mean that I don't have a burning need for zen (would by the Tenser mount if I could), but I want to support PerfectWorld in their efforts, and I wouldn't mind the companion that I get via the charge rewards. In other words, the bonus isn't just a bonus - it's the only benefit to me of for handing over $60 of real money.

The money has gone directly to PerfectWorld's paypal account. I have complied perfectly and can supply paypal receipts and times so that they can be correlated to the accounts (given above) - assuming tracking receipts to accounts is the problem.

Please fix this.

There are several threads concerning this issue. There is no need to open a flurry of new ones. Anyway, it has been stated that the rewards should be distributed sometime around 7PM PDT today.
