Stuck in instance bug... Anyone getting it since yesterday's patch?

Almost afraid to say it, but..
With as many skirmishes as I've run, I'd normally have seen the stuck in instance bug at least a couple of times.. haven't seen it yet. Has anyone had it? Could it have been fixed?
