Potions pick up bug?

Couldn't find similar issues out there so created a new thread.
All started with IWD release. Now, for any potions that I have in my belt, I need 1 free slot in my inventory to get those potions stored in the belt, before the stack is full of course. If my inv is full, I get this:
Two solutions: changing that pot for other that I have in my inv (and not my belt) or freeing 1 slot, which is quite annoying if you're in dungeon or skirmish. You can't pick it up with "Take" button. Hope it can be fixed. Thanks in advance.
