Bying zen through steam wallet

Does this thing work?
mob just dropped a coupon for the shop and thought i'd buy some zen with it
when i click buy zen and choose the amount,nothing happens
when i click again,it says "you cannot start another purchase until the previous one completes"...
checkin on steam transactions,it says "failed"
what should i do?
it ll be a shame to lose the coupon cause of some bug or whatever

    18 minutes left before coupon expiring,still nothing...

    The coupons will come around again for sure, or wait for one of those weekly sales.

    Anyway, you should consider buying Zen from PWE's website or through ARC, to be flagged for possible charge rewards promotions in the future.

    Don't make a habit of buying Zen through STEAM, it's usually excluded from promotions though such promotions may not specify it in their announcements.

    In fact, once complaints from NW players about Steam Wallet purchases being excluded from promotions start piling up, there might be a little.....argument between Valve and PWE, so don't get used to being able to use Steam forever.
