    I think its Bind on Pickup so you cant buy it.

    That's if it comes from the Delves chest, there's a chance for an unbound version to drop from a Boss (Not sure which though)

    In fairness, this does not seem to drop off the boss anymore and only comes from the DD Chest. I havent seen it drop or on the AH in a very long time. Grand Warden and Royal Guard still drop. Should be looked at.
