does it work by getting zen through steam wallet?
whats the procedure i should take? do i have to download and install the arc launcher?
been playing this game through steam since the beginning

    nothing works with steam wallet anymore it seems.

    Arc works , that's how I got mine . Did take about an hour to get the email .

    Zen Transfer promos *never* worked through Steam Wallet or any other third-party Zen purchasing system.

    You CANNOT get the FTBP promotion through Steam. You have to purchase via the ARC website and then transfer the ZEN into Neverwinter. Once that is done, you should receive an ingame mail with the pack attached.
