IWD Switching Instances

Honestly in theory not switching between instances might seem like a good idea but for players it's more then a hassle. Having to keep reentering the map to "try" and get to the same instance as someone else is severely limiting the immersive feel that some people want to get out of a Dungeons and Dragons game, they want to play with their friends, they want to fight their friends, they want to have large player interactions of similar and opposite factions, they want a quiet night doing their dailies. And currently none of that is possible because it's impossible to find your friends if their on opposite faction for some fun battles or if you want to join a big fight and there is no way of easily getting there, your guild is having an event and all their parties are filled for example. It also makes no sense to toy with people by adding zone chat aswell if there is no way of entering the same zone of the person your talking too. Please reconsider adding switch instance because frankly it's a zone-breaking feature that can make our gaming experience that much better if it was removed.

I understand and share your frustration. But the alternative is the so-called PvP elite ganking on 2 lone players and swapping channels before he can call for backup, only to return for more easy kills 2 minutes later. I find that more zone breaking than the 20 minutes without my friends doing my dailies. If this is the price I have to pay to keep people like that off my back I"ll happily pay it.

to me the open pvp feels a LOT like the wilderness on runescape, and there was no penalty for switching worlds. Also there was always a chance a massive clan would come and destroy you, just like in any game pvping. and this isnt soley about open pvp, but it is a big part. How is anyone going to get anything done with their guild if they cant even have more then 5 people join the same instance at the same time? it shouldnt be a hassle to play with your friends

    A solution for this:
10: Form a party of 5 and enter the zone.
20: Have 1 person leave the party (they remain in the zone).
30: That person then invites 4 more people to party.
40: The 4 new people enter the zone.
50: Now you have 9 people in the same zone.
    60: GOTO 30
