[BUG] Greater Plaguefire ticks not bound to internal timer regulation - Ray of Frost

This bug report is to illustrate that Greater Plaguefire is not bound to internal regulation on the server in the Gauntlgrym PvP match Armories of Moradin. It is the last cut of my combat log as the game finished. I had used Roar on a GWF not realising the time, and my client froze, the scoreboard displayed and the following applied at the time the 167 Glory for the match applied:

As you can see above the Greater Plaguefire ticks differentiate during the application of Ray of Frost, meaning more server side calculations and more client response delays, that act as an interrupt during the application of damage.
At the penultimate application of Ray of Frost (couldn't leave the arena before the next application of Ray of Frost) there are 8 individual ticks of Greater plaguefire that occur within the pulse time between Ray of Frosts Damage application.
This will be the new 'chatbomb' spec following Barkshield's crit correction.
Also note that Sure Strike is low priority even though it is an At-Will.
Also note; Roar only made it onto my bar when I was at 10 Double kills remaining as Luskan, after it's proposed re-adjustment. 6 more double kills to go.
