Companion influence still not fixed :(

The patch notes said that companion influence was fixed, but I tried again slotting emblem and it does the same as before:
Only increases companion base stats (I have epic cat, so recovery and critical), it doesnt take care of runestones, items or enchants. Emblem power was nerfed, Its ok, but this is ridiculous, fix this and give us at last one reson to use it
I did try to unsummon, resummon companion, stlot emblem in different slots, summon other companion, etc. Nothing works.
