Bug - Click refine, Rough AD is lost - Ticket ID #2,428,279

In-Game Ticket ID #2,428,279
I had 3K rough AD. I clicked refine, and it just disappeared. Lost, it will never return. It happened just now, please look at the time stamp and review my logs.
This happens on one of my characters at least, every single day, at least once. It has been happening for months. I opened a support ticket, they told me they cannot do anything on an individual basis and I need to submit a bug. So here it is.
I suspect that this impacts all players, but the process is so clicky, I think most never notice it. If you notice it once, though, you notice how often it happens and just how much currency is being lost.

(All the time to submit the ingame ticket, search forum for existing report, etc, this probably happened 1/2 an hour ago.)
Note to other players.. as stated, this has been happening a very long time. I have been watching it very closely, it is not that there is a delay, I have recorded numbers and checked back next day, etc.
It is very difficult to screen shot, because I have many chars, and never know where this is going to occur. If I screen shot every time, I'd be out of diskspace real soon. I refine about a dozen times a day, because I don't want to lose a huge chunk. It has not happened when I refine on one of my chars who lives in a 'way-over-refining-cap' situation. Which I am glad for, I'd be really sad to lose 24K in one click of 'Refine.' I suspect that is just a matter of odds.. one refine, less chance of occurrence.
