Eye of the Storm proc on the CW's target.

When using Sudden Storm on Mastery slot, it leaves a dot on the targets it hits. All ticks of this dot have a chance to proc Eye of the Storm on said targets, giving them 100% crit chance for 3 seconds. Very dangerous on packs of mobs.

    It actually gives the mobs 100% crit chance? That is an interesting find.
    Got some log entries?

    Could try to test it in pvp. Not really easy to get a clean log as it will not show when EotS procs on the mob, and I don't know a mob that can do alot of attacks in 3 seconds to check if it's actually 100% chance. In pvp, 6 cloud of steel crits in a row should be enough for a proof i guess. CoS does hit once every .5 sec, amirite?

    You can try to just hit the first huge pull batch of mobs in VT and observe how many crit. I don't know.

    It is the dot that procs EotS on each mob separately. Each tick of the dot has a chance to proc it. Meaning it's not "hit a pack = all have insta EotS".
