Queue system request

My wife and I like to play Neverwinter together, PVP, dungeons, etc. Usually all works well, but there has been a couple instances over the weekend of us being partied, queue for a PVP match, and not end up in the match together, usually caused by one of us shopping (I won't say who... ;).

I know the easy answer is to avoid shops when queuing. But one never knows when the queue is going to hit, it's nice to be able to do other things while waiting. The problem is exacerbated when one of us ends up in a PVP instance and can't quit due to the quitter penalty...so we lose 15-20 minutes of play time together.

I'm not asking for a change to the quitter penalty. Rather, I suggest one of two options:

1) allow the queue to pop up on top of the shop window so people shopping can accept their queue.

or

2) keep the party together. If someone is in the shop and can't queue, at least retain the party composition. Act as if a party member refused the queue and drop the whole party.

My preference would be option 1.

They should just drop the whole extra layer of HAMSTER that shows up when you visit a shop. It isn't helpful. I would much rather be able to see chat and other windows that pop up then see pointless bars on the top and bottom of my screen.
