Ring Transmutation

Can we please have the ability to transmute our rings? >: I kinda want to trade my rings to the one from the Guardian of Neverwinter pack (Ring of Violet Luminescence) since it looks so nice, and it says you can transmute it on the pack description - "This ring emits a purple trail as you run around, swing your sword or cast your spells. This item can be used in transmutation! This item can be claimed and equipped by all characters on your account!"

So why can't we transmute it? ):

    I asked for that a year ago and couldn't have it, would LOVE to be able to move around with that little purple trail behind me ... :(
