Looking for a mature guild :)

Hi, i'm a mature (30+) player looking for a mature (30+ or so) guild.

I currently have 4 characters at 60, although only my GF (main) and CW are somewhat decently geared (full T2 on GF, and full Thayan T1 on CW). I also have a HR and GWF. I'm a rather casual player as far as pve is concerned (i'm an expert AH player though :P). I'm not currently member of any guild, but have a "private" guild I made for GG and storage (and some RL friends that stopped playing long ago).

My "stable" game time is mostly a couple evenings a week (20-23 GMT) and sundays (15-20 GMT). Other than that, I occasionally log for brief sessions (30-40min) to do a couple dailies/lairs when I have free time.

I'm looking for a mature guild, casual pve oriented, EU timezone and english speaking. No mandatory vocal chat, since i'm often chatting with RL friends while playing (also, i'm not an english native speaker so i prefer guilds with a strong international component, as they tend to use a more basic english).
Most important thing: no drama, and especially no politics or religion clashes (i've seen guilds break apart in a single night on that).

As for "legitness", I don't want borderline glitchy play/builds/runs, but i'm totally ok with the occasional running&dying as long as it follows dungeon design and does not break any rules.

So, are there any guilds that suit my gameplay out there? :)
