    I have to say I think it's gotta be Rhix. Come on, you can't afford 2 body gaurds, can ya! (cause no such thing exist's)

    Lord Neverember has money, but I think Rhix has more. Neverember is the rich politician, Rhix is more like the Godfather. Think about it you can't even be mounted near him. I'm pretty sure he's made a few people offers they couldn't refuse.

    sergeant knox must get a pretty paycheck from neverember. ya think? certainly not the most wealthy, though. i think valindra must have the most wealth... who else can afford a phylactery? certainly not me...

    if 2 low lvl npcs can steal smth that should be one of his most valuable possessions Neverember shouldnt be rich, and being in the vault we didnt see any piles of gold. id say the auction brokers are the richest since they take a lot of ad from all the auctions

    The lovely lady who runs the bazaar must be rich, because she trades two things:

    Commodities, which everyone needs and are otherwise scarce creating a kind of floor monopoly (greater marks of potency)

    Luxury items (arcane wanderer hat) which are stupid expensive because they are scarce. It's like a giant LV bag (look i can spend this much money on this silly hat!). These kind of products tend to have insane margins.

    BTW i bought the hat because I could spend 1.315M AD on a silly hat XD
