Targeting Circles still there after spell is cast

Targeting Circle on my DC (i.e. on Chains or Daunting Light) and on some of HR encounters are still staying after spell is cast. So, I ned to press Esc in order to remove them and then cast another spell.
It is annoying, especcialy when you are in tight fight or pvp
