There's an artifact from the new dungeon, the emblem is very op if the tooltip is acurate. Heal for 800 hp on every hit you receive for 15seconds.... that duration is to long. Say u get by a duelist u could go from 4% to full hp or be basicaly invunrable for 15 seconds on a node. Something dosent seem right here

    Game is not balanced for PvP.

    I know, but if everyone ran this it would be really unbearable to play pvp at all. Maybe a duration decrease to 10 seconds wouldn't make it as bad

    even for PvE it wouldn't be balanced fellas. the cooldown of the artefact is like 2 minutes. if the entire group run it in a dungeon, and 4 people be using it, it is possible to be healed the entire time like that...

    it is kind of broken if you ask me. it won't be very good solo, but if people use it in teamwork, it will be very op and <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font>.
    can imagine killing a gf pairing with a dc using it? as if it is not hard to kill gf/dc/gwf already.

    Wait.. you mean.. TRs will have to pay attention and not spam DF ftw?

    Or.. it'll give a chance for a CW to live through the sudden DF from stealth attack and their ITC?


    .... oh wait.. DF spam STILL hits harder than 800 a hit.. silly me.

    DF generally hits harder than 800 a tick. DF can be canceled in mid DF, and lastly. Mobs in dungeons hit harder than 800 a hit, not to mention if the CWs are doing their job, you shouldn't be hit at all.

    Well, that 800 + Healing Word (lets say 1k ticks) and maybe a pvp pot (another 1k), and maybe a bit regen (may 200 per tick) give something around 3k per tick.
    Encounter that one...

    Also the Raveskull one (for glory) give some heavy temp HPs...
    The artifacts are in general not designed to PvP in my opinion and maybe should be disabled like companions...

    Pre-mod 2, the complaint was dying too fast.

    now we have artifacts to slow down ttk.

    and people are complaining about it? Do you want to have fights, or do you want to go back to instagib?

    Personally, I'm happy to have the artifacts in play and look forward to the expanded dynamic and meta it brings about.

    If you're only getting hit for 800 or less you're clearly fighting whichever class goes into combat with marshmallow filled 64 ounce boxing gloves for weapons and then wrapped them in feather pillows before attacking.

    An 800 hp heal per hit for 15 seconds in hardly OP, particularly since a) anyone with decent gear is going to be doing much more than that, b) PvP focused folks have stacked enough ArPen to already take you into negative mitigation, and c) it doesn't do anything to mitigate anything else. So while you might take less damage from that EF around your neck you're still going to be locked down and then shredded by the other players on the team. THis just means they will have to work a tiny bit harder for it...

    idon't know yet how this works. but there are several questions.
    does dots trigger it?
    imagine if you get healed by the dots of plaguefire or deep gash for example.

    on pve a lot mobs hit harder than 800 true, but that is not a good math. it is already hard enough to die in most cases, adding it up will make it nearly impossible to die if you ask me.

    pvp I kind of agree with Rabbiticus, except in the circumstance of a buff cleric pairing with other tanky classes.

    Get the artifact, upgrade it, log it AND then say how OP it is.

    All you are doing now is speculations.

    The name of the game is "Every Tiny Bit of Advantage to Pwn Others is OK" right? So if everyone is going to use/spam it in PvP, then to blame nobody else other than the PvPers themselves. :P

    It is only ~900 hp per hit. Meaning people could still easily daily you to death. Either way, most people as long as they aren't using at-wills, should be able to take you down while this is active unless they are full tank and cannot do much damage with encounters.

    Or just, if used in PvP, don't hit the guy until the effect is over. On a sentinel tank in Unstoppable you can very well get hit for less than 800. Wihich means you get hit, you heal. Or if it works with GF block. Still, can be countered. When a artifact is activated, the visual effect is huge. If you see someone using it, you just have to attack only if encounters are available/ the guy is not in Unstoppable/blocking/ITC (if it's triggered even with block/ITC active).
    I'ts weak against high spike damage, and can be nullified by just avoiding the user for the duration of the effect.

    yeah makes sense. The old gwf was "hit a lot, hit soft"
    the new gwf is "hit less, hit harder".
    i guess just need watch yourself for multiple hits skills.
