Where To Get The Class Artifacts?

Scratching my head, because I can't seem to find the quest line that leads you to the class artifact. I've done "Artifact Research" with three different chars now and always only got to choose between the three standard artifacts. Someone mentioned yesterday that you can pickup the quest (or class artifact) from Lord Protector or one of the advisers around him, but that doesn't work for me either.

I'm probably just blind, but wanna exclude a bug as well.

    The newest preview patch notes said the quest "A Powerful Gift" has been removed, and I believe (hadn't played it) that was where the class artifacts came from.

    they removed claas based from game they need more time to work on it

    These won't be coming back, new artifacts will show up as new content is released, I guess.

    I never heard that, in fact, they said they were being taken out because they needed more work which means they are coming back. Where did you get your information?
    Neverwinter players are stubborn things....until you strip them down to bone. (Cursed players, my flowers, MINE!) Oh how I plotted their demise.
